EC safety rules: our plus points

This page presents how Optim’ responds to the safety requirements for belt conveyors: Optim’Protec, a range of close protection elements for the nip angles of pulleys and upper and lower rollers (with anti-fall straps for lower rollers situated above), and Optim’Auge, which conforms to EC norms. It also explains that, according to the experience reported by Optim’, a fitted conveyor needs fewer interventions and reduces exposure to accident risks.

Optim’® responds to the standardization requirements regarding the safety of belt conveyor belt.

  • Optim’ Protec®
Is a range of close protection elements for the nip angles of pulleys and upper and lower rollers. For the lower rollers situated above, anti-fall straps are integrated directly into the supports.
  • Optim’Auge® conforms to EC norms.

The Optim’® range very significantly reduces the need for intervention regarding its conveyors thanks to the optimal efficiency of its products. Conversely, exposure to potential risks of accidents is also largely reduced: in step with our recurrent experience, we can state that conveyors fitted with the Optim’® range no longer require any intervention over a period of one-to-five years.
